About R3BAR
The R3BAR Alpha Pro is a portable exercise training tool designed for athletic performance enhancement. This lightweight six pound bar with interchangeable resistance bands promotes pre-habilitation, rehabilitation, therapeutic & active recovery for improving overall freedom of mobility and movement. The R3BAR and its systematic and progressive programming will teach the user to properly stabilize and mobilize the entire Kinetic Movement Chain. Its primary purpose is to train and teach the fundamental mobility necessary to establish and maintain optimum safe, efficient and productive full body mobility and posture.
This combination of yoga and personal training increases your awareness of your body, builds strength, balance, agility, and taps you into limitless possibilities. This retreat will have a unique blend of yoga and R3BAR. Some classes will be yoga only, some classes will be R3BAR only, and some will have a little of both. Come prepared to work, sweat and find a new found appreciation for your yoga practice.

Ryan Cooper, a Seattle native and Brand Strategist for R3BAR Training. With a early age introduction to Martial Arts that lead to the spark for his passion in general exercise and wellness, and for maintaining functional mobility. Ryan believes his 15yrs of yoga practice and 6yrs of R3BAR Training this has enabled him to compete competitively and injury free as a Professional Long Drive Golfer.
About Holbox
This small, secluded island just north of Cancun on the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico is home to incredible nature, perfect Caribbean seas and those island laid back vibes. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets daily from your yoga mat and laze the day in a hammock or swinging beach bed in either the calm ocean or in one of the three swimming pools onsite.
Bikes, golf carts, and your two feet take you around this gorgeous island. Tranquil seas, wildlife, and tropical breezes make up our week together as time creeps along in this special nest of paradise. You’ll love your time off the grid to reconnect and recharge your batteries with us in Holbox!

*Taxis are not allowed to wait outside the Cancun International airport at arrivals so a transfer needs to be arranged for a private car service pick up or there is a local bus that takes you to Chiquila town where you will find the ferry or private boats waiting to take you to Holbox Island. Please review our FAQ page for full details on travel to the island.
If you would like us to arrange transportation to and from the airport for you please let us know by sending your full flight itinerary and we will send instructions for finding your driver. We will try our best to pair those arriving at similar times together in an attempt to share the costs or if you need a private ride we are happy make those arrangements at an additional cost.

Villas Flamingos is adorable and oceanfront making it the perfect choice for a yoga retreat in paradise. Choose to share or take a room for yourself in these comfortable accommodations with air-conditioning, private bathrooms, toes in the sand restaurant and lots of lounging spots right on the beach steps from your door.
The gorgeous beach at our hotel offers plenty of spots for relaxing and watching the sun slip beneath the ocean in this gorgeous island setting. The restaurant is delicious and friendly to boot!
We are located down the beach primed for seclusion and deep relaxation. The venue has everything we need if you’re not looking to venture out too far. Holbox Island Yoga Retreat Payments
MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT HERE :
Deposits* of $750usd are due to secure your space in the retreat. Please check availability with us for accommodations before making your deposit*
Roommates should book together. If you would like to share a room and do not have a roommate we will provide one for you if possible. In the case that there is no one to share a room we ask that you take a private economy room instead.

BALANCE PAYMENTS :
The balance of your retreat (minus your $750usd initial deposit*) is due 90 days prior to arrival. All details for this will be emailed to the group three months before the retreat.
You may pay with a credit card via PayPal, a bank wire transfer, Zelle, or deposit a check into our bank account to settle your balance. We also accept Bitcoin. We understand how much fees blow…though some of these options do incur a fee that will be passed on to you. Please see the itemized list below.
PayPal = Pay using your credit card. 4% fee is applied.
Bank Wire = Pay online with a wire. Please add $20usd to your total for wire fee.
Zelle or dropping a check into our Chase account = No charge to pay with this method. Daily limits apply with Zelle.
Bitcoin = Modern payment methods in cryptocurrency. Any transaction fees your wallet requires are applied.

POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 90 days or less of arrival are 100% non refundable. All initial deposits are non-refundable.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The acceptance of a verbal or written confirmation from YOGA & ADVENTURES WORLDWIDE (Y&AWW) constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein. Participants are responsible to be adequately insured, therefore Traveler’s Insurance is strongly recommended*. Y&AWW and its staff assume no responsibility nor liability for any delay, loss, damage, injury or accident with regards to persons or property which may be caused by fault or negligence of any third party vendor. This includes hotels, transportation providers, and local operators participating in part for our services. Y&AWW shall be held harmless for any expense caused by injury or accident, to any participants as well as any loss or damage of personal items while on our tours. We reserve the right to make any changes to services and itineraries, with or without notice, which may become necessary.
Yoga & Adventures Worldwide, its affiliates, retreat facilitators, hotels, third party vendors, and tour providers, the ownership, or staff, of course, cannot be held responsible for events that are outside of our control. There are no refunds as per our cancellation policies. We highly recommend that all of our guests secure a quality travel insurance that will cover them for ANY event which may cause for a change of travel plans, or for ANY unfortunate event including but of course not limited to:
– Transportation delays, cancellations or changes due to strikes, labor disputes, or lockouts from airlines, boats, ferries or any type of transportation
– Any inconvenience or complication caused by bad weather, storms, and hurricanes : a direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a hurricane strike
– Government/political actions, events or situations; threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war.
– Personal health issues or personal situations in general which may affect travel plans
– Any loss, theft or damage of personal items at any stage of your trip
– Any accident causing injury during any stage of your trip
